ANTs and IBM will showcase DB2 SQL Skin for applications compatible with Sybase ASE in action at IBM's Information on Demand Conference happening next week in Vegas.

As I blogged several months ago, ANTS is making a huge difference for enterprises looking to migrate from Sybase ASE.

The IBM event features six different sessions covering the current available product and three sessions covering future trends related to database migration-- a comprehensive agenda around the present and future of DB2 SQL Skin.

But most valuable will be insight from real users, such as Tom Holdener, senior technical specialist of BJC HealthCare. Holdener will host a presentation that offers an inside look at moving from a Sybase ASE environment to IBM DB2.
